They sought to provide their clients with more enriched data insights, helping them to improve their decision making and offering an improved customer experience, providing an advantage in an overly competitive field.

Approach

Solentive worked in collaboration with GHD Advisory, to provide a solution that combined custom software and Tableau and integrated with their existing reporting portal.

A web app was developed on Azure, that provides richer, more relevant reports to its users. The app connects HighQ and Tableau, GHD Advisory’s existing, disparate systems, by providing secure, single sign-on and seamlessly generates reports dependent on the user and permissions.

Outcome

GHD are able to offer their client’s enriched insights and visualisations, empowering them to make better, more informed business decisions. Visibility across reports has improved as the new solution has integrated and streamlined disparate systems. GHD’s customer acquisition and retention strategy has strengthened due to a more cohesive User Experience.
