NOKIA ANNOUNCED ITS PICK OF TOP 10 APPS AT THE MICROSOFT TECHED AUSTRALIA CONFERENCE IN SEPTEMBER THIS YEAR. TECHED IS AN ANNUAL MICROSOFT CONFERENCE FOR DEVELOPERS AND IT PROFESSIONALS HELD IN SEVERAL LOCATIONS AROUND THE WORLD.
One of the Windows Phone mobile applications Nokia announced as being in its list of ‘Top 10 Apps you must have’ included the All The Deals Windows Phone Application, which aggregates consumer deals from a myriad of group buying websites. The Windows Phone Application was also showcased at Microsoft Australia’s Windows 8 Launch held in Sydney on the 26th of October.
All The Deals launch Windows Mobile App
Having already created an iPhone and Android mobile application, All The Deals wanted to capitalise on being one of the first movers into the Windows Phone Marketplace.
“The live tiles feature of Windows Phone 8 allows our visitors to know about deals without having to actually open the app. This is hugely convenient for time poor consumers,” stated Alexei Petrou, General Manager of All The Deals.
All The Deals decided to approach Solentive to develop the mobile application.
